I`ve been trying to lose my baby weight for awhile now. I`ve been stuck with the last 5-8 pounds for quite sometime. Since we`re going on vacation this summer for 5 weeks, I really wanted to go feeling good about myself. So I made the big decision to join Weight Watchers. Everyone that I know who`s joined has lost a ton of weight. It really works. On friday evening I just did it. I joined online. Since friday, I`ve already lost 4 pounds. So excited to see it already working. Its a really easy program to follow. You could really eat everything. Its all about portion control. Also, you can eat as many fruits and veggies that you want, so its a really healthy diet if you want it to be.
My goal before going to Portugal is to lose 15 pounds. I think this will be possible since I`ve already lost 4 pounds in 4 days. My little dilemma is....do I really want to be on a diet on vacation? Especially in Portugal. Not really. Hopefully I`ll be able to control myself at least a little bit. I`m not too worried since I tend to walk ALOT over there. Anways.....if anything, I`ll just pick up again when I get back. No biggie.
So excited about getting healthy and about my vacation!!! :o)
